Interested - its a weird time of year. Always eat too much and lie around too much> The idea of dancing is great. Not sure if I will summon up the energy at that time tho. Also that post Xmas pre-new year period always seems to fill up with family commitments.

Hi there. I'm thinking of running a series of three classes between Christmas and New Year 2009 - 2010. The theme will be endings and beginnings and I see it as an opportunity to just drop into the meditation of the practice as a retreat from the frenzy of the party season.

At the moment I'm still searching for a venue I can use at this time of year, so if you know somewhere suitable that's fairly central, or if you'd like to express your interest in coming along so I can gauge whether or not it's a goer, please let me know.
